Anshul Shanker

Anshul Shanker has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Anshul began their career at iLoan, a Springleaf brand, in 2016 as a Full Stack Developer Intern. Anshul then moved on to iLoan as a Software Engineer in 2017. In 2018, Anshul joined OneMain Financial as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2020. Anshul returned to OneMain Financial in 2021 and held the position of Senior Software Engineer until 2022. Currently, Anshul holds the role of Lead Software Engineer at OneMain Financial.

Anshul Shanker holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, from Loyola University Chicago, which they completed from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, graduating in 2017. Anshul also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from SVKM's NMIMS Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering, which they earned from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they also possess a certification in Communication & Network Security, obtained from Cybrary in 2017.
