Becky Lingo

Becky Lingo, SPHR, serves as the Associate Director of Performance and Talent Management at OneMain Financial, a role assumed in February 2014, where responsibilities include leading performance and talent management processes that align with business goals and employee development. Previously, at GE Aviation from July 2010 to January 2014, Becky held positions such as HR Leader, Manager, and Lead HR Business Partner, managing HR functions for a 650-employee manufacturing plant and overseeing a team focused on talent management and labor relations. Becky’s career began at General Motors, where over 12 years, advancement came through increasingly complex HR roles supporting manufacturing facilities and corporate global technology. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Production and a Master of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University, along with a Comprehensive Evidence Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University.
