Brice Mayhew

Brice Mayhew has diverse work experience across various industries. Brice started their professional journey as a Machinist at Wegmann in 2007, where they fabricated precision parts for clients including the US Military. In 2011, they became a Shift Manager at Papa John's International, where they handled customer relations, organized paperwork, maintained exceptional scores on inspections, and managed labor.

In 2012, Brice joined James River Float Company as an Office Manager, overseeing canoe and kayak sales and rentals, supervising daily float trips, and coordinating logistical pickups for customers. During the same year, they also joined OneMain Financial as a Branch Manager, managing multiple branch locations and overseeing loan origination, sales of insurance products, business development, and collection activities.

In 2019, Brice was promoted to the role of Product Analyst Sr at OneMain Financial before becoming a Product Analyst Lead in 2022. As a Product Analyst, they supported product sales and servicing in the northeastern US branch network and centralized call center sites. Brice liaised interdepartmentally, coached and mentored team members, found creative solutions, and achieved established goals.

Brice Mayhew obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the University of Lynchburg, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Limited Property & Casualty, Life & Annuities, and Credit from the VA State Corporation Commission in 2013.
