Chris Schwarz

Chris Schwarz is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in managing IT operations and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director, Head of Systems Engineering & Operational Excellence at OneMain Financial since April 2021, Chris directs a team responsible for platform monitoring, site reliability engineering, and IT service management processes. Prior roles include overseeing IT initiatives at Marriott International with a focus on application and infrastructure management for over 7,000 hotels globally, as well as leading technical project management and client engagement at OpenText and GXS. Chris holds an MBA in Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
