Deb Fleck

Deb Fleck has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as VP-Director of Human Resources at OneMain since May 2000. Simultaneously, Deb holds multiple leadership roles at Springleaf Financial Services, including VP-Director of Team Member Relations and Integration Partner, and has progressed through various positions in performance, rewards, and employee relations since May 2000. Previously, Deb was the Director of Human Resources at the University of Southern Indiana from April 1998 to May 2000 and held consulting and specialist roles within American Health Network and the City of Evansville-Vanderburgh County. Deb holds an MBA and a B.S. in Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
