Erick Courter

Erick Courter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology operations and data analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations Center at OneMain Financial since April 2013, Erick oversees Incident Management, Problem Management, Data Center Operations, Open System Operations, and the Enterprise Monitoring Center. Prior to this role, Erick was the Associate Director of Operations, leading a team focused on root cause analytics and implementation. Previous experience includes a tenure at American General Finance/Springleaf Financial Services as a Business Data Analyst, where Erick advanced from entry-level positions to managerial roles. Earlier career stages involved work as a Staff Accountant at UMBACH & ASSOC and military service as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps, specializing in Ground Radio Repair. Erick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
