Jim Moss is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, and data science within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Head of Marketing Analytics at OneMain Financial, Moss leads initiatives to optimize collections and recoveries for a significant P&L. Previously, Moss held various leadership roles at Capital One, including Vice President of Lending Strategy and Senior Director of Customer Servicing Strategy, where Moss directed digital transformation and analytics for multiple portfolios, driving substantial improvements in customer experience and financial performance. Moss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
