John Wells

John Wells is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in web application development and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering for Platform Systems Application Infrastructure at OneMain Financial since October 2015, John previously held the position of Web Infrastructure Manager at the same organization. Prior to that, John contributed significantly to Springleaf Financial Services as a Web Applications Systems Analyst and IT Project Analyst Sr., where responsibilities included managing cross-departmental projects and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT initiatives. With earlier experience as a Senior Data Communications Analyst at Service Merchandise and as a Communications Technician in the US Navy, John holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Leadership from the University of Evansville, earned between 2011 and 2014.
