Kathy Baumgart

Kathy Baumgart is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in end-user computing and systems support. Currently serving as Manager of End User Computing at OneMain since 2015, Kathy oversees a team responsible for the support of various computing devices and security monitoring. Prior experience at Springleaf Financial Services spans from 1989 to the present, including roles as Supervisor Lead LAN Analyst and Lead Systems Analyst, where Kathy led projects to enhance branch computer processes, developed unattended installation processes for Windows, and supervised system technicians. Earlier positions included Senior Trainer and Quality Control Specialist, during which Kathy managed training programs and provided advanced support for software solutions. Kathy's education includes studies at Ivy Tech Community College and the University of Evansville.
