Katy Chung

Katy Chung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and product management. Currently serving as a Loan Officer at OneMain Financial since March 2017, Katy manages a team of 20-25 advocates focused on customer service for United Health Care-Medicare Advantage, responsible for metrics, coaching, training, and recruitment. Previous experience includes a role as a Leasing Consultant at Allison-Shelton Real Estate Services in 2015 and a Senior Product Specialist at Intuit from 2009 to 2014, where Katy exhibited strong leadership and performance monitoring skills while training staff and engaging in cross-departmental collaboration. Katy began education at Rivier University and later earned a BS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2016.
