Lynda Haring

Lynda Haring is an accomplished leader in enterprise risk management, currently serving as the VP/Director of Enterprise Risk at OneMain Financial since November 2019. Lynda spearheads the company's Risk Program, focusing on Risk Assessment, Issues Management, KRI Program, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk Management. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Operational Risk RCSA Governance at MUFG, where Lynda enhanced the enterprise-wide operational risk and control self-assessment program, and a long tenure at American Express, culminating in the position of Director of Operational Risk and Regulatory Issue Management and Governance. Lynda holds a Leadership Certification from Harvard University, an MBA in Marketing Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Rowan University.
