Matthew Buckley

Matthew Buckley has extensive experience in operational risk management, currently serving at OneMain Financial since February 2020. Prior to this, Buckley was an Operational Risk Executive at Bank of America from June 2006 to June 2019, where responsibilities included independent risk oversight and the implementation of the Operational Risk Coverage Plan. Buckley has also held the position of Site Leader for Collections and Recovery, managing large teams and overseeing key operational strategies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President at MBNA from February 1996 to June 2006, with a focus on collections, recovery, fraud, and credit. Buckley holds an MBA from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Delaware.
