Pamela Ford has extensive experience in risk management and project delivery within the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as VP and Director, Senior Risk Manager at OneMain since June 2016, Pamela implemented a company-wide Risk Assessment program to enhance operational health and visibility of risks. In the concurrent role at Citigroup/OneMain Financial since December 2005, Pamela leads a team overseeing IT and business project delivery in an Agile environment. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Innovate IT Consulting, where Pamela assisted companies in optimizing IT solutions during mergers and acquisitions, and as Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting, where Pamela led ERP implementations for Fortune 100 firms.
