Sundus Kubba

Sundus Kubba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at OneMain Financial since July 2020, Sundus has held various senior positions including Chief of Staff and Head of Corporate Development, and Senior Managing Director focusing on strategy and corporate planning. Prior tenure at Barclays from August 2009 to January 2020 included roles such as Head of Finance and Business Management in the Cards and Payments division, Director of Group Strategy, and Director in the Financial Institutions Group within Investment Banking. Earlier career experience includes investment banking roles at Lehman Brothers as a Summer Associate, and engineering positions at Mobius Microsystems and AGC Automotive Americas. Sundus holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and both MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University.
