Tad Ota is a seasoned Financial Services Executive with a rich history in product management and analytics. With experience spanning from roles at MBNA as a Personal Banking Officer to a current Vice President/Managing Director of Incentives at OneMain Financial, Tad has exhibited a strong ability to lead teams and develop strategic initiatives. Previous positions include Head of the Forecasting Center of Excellence at Vanguard and Risk Manager at Chase Card Services, where Tad honed expertise in forecasting and risk management. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University, Tad is focused on fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement within organizations.
