Ted K. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ted currently works as an Agilist and Delivery Lead Manager at OneMain Financial since November 2021. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at CSC, including Vice President - Enterprise Technology, Vice President, Technology - Corporate and Legal Solutions, Senior Director, Technology - Corporate and Legal Solutions, Director, Technology - Corporate and Legal Solutions, and Director, Technology - Digital Brand Services. During their tenure at CSC, they led various transformational initiatives, such as modernizing identity and access management services, reducing costs through data center consolidation, and scaling the technology department to a global team. Prior to CSC, Ted served as the Vice President of Development at HostMySite.com, where they championed Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ted also worked as the Director of Software Development at Solstice Software and as the Vice President/CTO at Diamond Technologies Inc. Ted's career began at Public Systems, Inc., where they progressed from an entry-level software engineer to Chief Software Engineer, delivering high-quality custom software solutions for customers across industries.

Ted K. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) and Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
