Hal Owens is an experienced architect and leader in the field of design and engineering, currently serving as Senior Architect and Vice President, Design & Engineering at Omicron since November 2016. Previously, Hal Owens held the position of Principal at Stantec Architecture Ltd from October 1998 to October 2016, focusing on major client project delivery and account management. Earlier career roles include Registered Architect at DSRA Architects, and Graduate Architect at NFOE et associés architectes. Hal Owens holds multiple architecture degrees from Dalhousie University and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
