John Toikka is a seasoned construction professional who has served as the President and General Manager of Toikka Construction Ltd. since 1979, drawing on 40 years of experience in residential, light commercial, institutional, and light industrial contracting. They are a longstanding member of the Canadian Home Builders' Association, achieving designations such as "Certified Residential Builder" and "Certified Housing Professional." In their current role as Senior Site Superintendent at Omicron, which began in 2023, Toikka continues to uphold high standards in project management. Prior to this, they held the position of Site Superintendent at MetroCan Construction Ltd. from 2020 to 2023 and at Etro Construction Limited from 2017 to 2020.
