Peter MacRae is a registered architect with a focus on mixed-use, infill, and transit-oriented projects. Currently serving as Director of Architecture at Omicron, Peter has returned to Merrick Architecture after expanding their experience in public infrastructure and transportation architecture. With a diverse portfolio, Peter has worked on projects ranging from boutique heritage infill to high-rise rental housing and master planning. Notable recent projects include managing the design development of a 47-storey mixed-use tower in downtown Vancouver and serving as Project Architect for a winning RFP response for market and rental housing in West Vancouver. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia and the University of Calgary, respectively.
