Tim Holmes is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network administration and technical support. Currently functioning as a Network Administrator at Omicron since May 2020, Tim oversees various duties including Windows Active Directory account creation, DHCP, DNS, GPO, and overall server and network management. Prior to this role, Tim served as a Regional Support Engineer at RNIB from January 2014 to August 2018, providing extensive IT support across Wales and the South West of England. Tim's early career included a position as IT Manager at INTERTISSUE LIMITED from January 2008 to September 2009. Tim holds a Diploma in Computer Information System Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (2018-2020) and a Foundation Degree in Information Technology from The Open University (2004-2009).
