Omicron
Wei Luo is a Senior Structural Engineer at Omicron, having joined the company in August 2011 and held various positions, including Structural Engineer. Prior to Omicron, Wei Luo worked as a Structural Engineer at Tower Engineering Group from June 2005 to June 2011. Wei Luo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Southeast University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
