Omikron Italia is a Pharmaceutical Company registered as Pharmaceutical Industry at the Italian Medicine Agency (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco) (SIS code 2841), intending to be a partner for Specialists and General Practitioners able to answer in an exhaustive and gradual way to the therapeutic needs of Vascular patients and of those affected by main eye diseases.
Omikron Italia arises from the belief that Vascular and Ophthalmic diseases require a further development in the Research of more innovative therapeutic tools (medicinal products, medical devices, nutraceuticals).
Omikron Italia develops new therapeutic tools, acquires existing MA (Marketing Authorization), and licensed products already available abroad.
The innovation of the proposed therapeutic tools, the R&D efforts, the used production technologies and the specialization of the network of Sales Representatives serving the Medical Class represent the philosophy of the Mission of Omikron Italia.
Omikron Italia is an organization with certified management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 13485:2012.
In line with the internationalization process currently underway, which has enabled Omikron Italia to have an indirect presence in around 30 Countries thanks to agreements with foreign pharmaceutical companies for the distribution of its products, the first foreign branch of Omikron Italia was created in 2017, Omikron Pharmaceutical España.
