Bianca Toscano

Bianca Toscano has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, beginning with a role as Administrativa at Bank S.A. from October 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing personnel administrative tasks and interacting with health insurance entities. Since July 2022, Bianca has served as Jefa de Gestión y Desarrollo de Personas at Grupo OMINT, advising leaders and teams on human resource management and fostering a positive organizational climate. Prior to this position, from May 2019 to July 2022, Bianca worked as Analista de Talento, Aprendizaje y Desarrollo, focusing on training activities and development plans. Bianca's educational background includes a Licenciatura in Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Palermo and a Posgrado en Liderazgo y Competencias Directivas from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
