Cesar Talon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cesar began their career as a Postdoc Research Associate at CNRS-Orléans in 2002, then moved on to Cornell University in 2003, where they held a similar position until 2005. Talon then joined GMV USA, working their way up from Senior Ground Systems Engineer to SCC Project Manager and eventually Division Head of Commercial Control Centers. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Space Programs at MetiSpace Technologies Inc before transitioning to their current role as FDSS Chief Engineer at Omitron Inc.
Cesar Talon obtained their Ph.D. in Physics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, spanning from 1996 to 2001.
