Fred Matney

Fred Matney is the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Omitron Inc., where they lead efforts in building enterprise security initiatives. Previously, Fred served as the Chief Network Engineer & Architect at Omitron and held various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, managing critical network operations that supported U.S. intelligence efforts. Fred’s accomplishments include directing a $235M+ network operations center, leading a $3.5M cloud path project, and establishing a network monitoring center that achieved significant operational savings. They hold a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
