David van de Bilt

David van de Bilt is currently working as an Adviseur Onderwijslogistiek at Omix Beter Onderwijs, where David uses their experience and knowledge in roostering and educational design to help schools achieve their educational vision. Prior to their current role, David was a Trainee at Omix, where David underwent training to become an Adviseur Onderwijslogistiek. David also has experience as a Trainer at Gemeente Leiden, where David provided empowerment training and individual guidance to youth with unemployment. Additionally, David worked as a Stagiair at Technische Unie, providing advice on diversity policies and shadowing P&O advisors. David holds a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
