Ryan Wihera

Ryan Wihera serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Omlet, a pioneering startup in the observability sector since April 2024. As a co-founder of PNR Consulting LLC, Ryan provides advisory services to major government entities and businesses, focusing on innovative solutions utilizing AI, machine learning, and computer vision. Previously, Ryan held the position of Head of Business Development at xBloom, the first fully automated pour-over coffee machine, and co-founded Monty Sips, which created the world's first NLP-enabled AI chatbot sommelier. Ryan's marketing expertise was demonstrated as the Marketing Director at Aline Wines, where significant sales milestones were achieved. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Client Services at Method Media Intelligence and various operational roles at Vintage Berkeley and the University of California, Berkeley. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
