Swapna Sree has over 10 years of experience in Talent Aquisition and HR Operations. Swapna began their career in 2006 at Indotronix International Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for Full-Life Cycle / End-to-End Recruiting including Sourcing, Technical /Behavioral Screening, Resume Making, Coordinating Interviews, Negotiation, Closing and Documentation. Swapna also recruited consultants for Fortune 100 clients such as Bank Of America, Wyeth, Motorola, AT&T, Verizon, Accenture, etc.

In 2008, they joined Randstad Technologies US as a Team Leader.

In 2018, they joined Omm IT Solutions (Omm Inc.) as a Team Leader - Talent Aquisition and HR Operations.

Swapna Sree obtained their MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree from Osmania University between 2003 and 2006.
