Anna Dylla

Anna Dylla currently serves as Lead Consultant People & Culture at OMMAX, a digital strategy consultancy, since July 2019, where the focus is on empowering individuals to become digital leaders. Prior roles at OMMAX include Senior Consultant and Consultant in People & Culture, as well as Team Assistant and Office Manager from January to December 2018. Anna Dylla obtained a Bachelor (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of South Wales between 2018 and 2020 and studied at the Europa-Institut in Reutlingen from 2015 to 2017. The education also includes the completion of the International Baccalaureate at the International School of Stuttgart.
