OMN9 is pioneering plant protein extraction to empower food, beverage and nutraceutical makers with novel ingredients that deliver unique nutritional, sensory, and functional advantages, sustainably.

Our first offering: OMN9 Mung
A >80% purity mung protein isolate that’s neutral in look, smell, and taste. It offers exceptional solubility and functionality across both food and beverages, while being free from all common allergens.
What more? It’s made from non-GMO mung beans cultivated on our contract farms, processed in our dedicated mung processing units, and extracted through our proprietary process in a purpose-built facility. From seed to isolate, we orchestrate the entire value chain.

OMN9 M80 is the ideal protein
For You: Perfect for RTD/RTM beverages, RTE bars, savoury snacks, confectionery, desserts, plant-based dairy, eggs, meat, and more.
& For the Planet: Wonder how we’ll feed 10B people by 2050? With current land use and emissions, we can’t. But smart proteins can. OMN9 is a step toward that future and beyond.

Formulate the future of food with OMN9.
