Managing Director Joe Grbavac established OMNI Built Homes after realising there was a space in the domestic construction market for a new kind of home builder. With a vast network of industry contacts nurtured over 20 years in the industry, the time is right to deliver something new. OMNI Built Homes has a ready to go range of exciting designs. We are also more than happy to sit down and create something more customised for your needs. Joe has put together an experienced team of staff who genuinely love building new homes. Our passion to deliver a new home experience second to none is what drives us, along with the beautiful designs we are keen to showcase in the Brisbane market.
We can promise you will never feel like just another number with OMNI. We are also committed to fitting in with your schedule. In this fast paced lifestyle we find ourselves, it can be a challenge for people to have the chance to dedicate enough time to building their dream home. Let us collaborate with you and fit in with your schedule thus allowing you the opportunity to be part of a truly exciting endeavour.
We do not plan to compete with the high volume builders but to simply provide a genuine alternative to what they have to offer.
•	Faster turnaround for quoting – you won’t have to wait weeks and weeks for a contract appointment
•	Personalised service dealing direct with the builder and not simply an allocated sales person or administrator
•	Faster preparation and planning time to get you out and building sooner
•	Limited number of builds each year which means you are not stuck in a queue waiting for your home to start
•	Customise one of our plans or bring your ideas to the table to collaborate with our team and create your very own dream home design
So if you have been thinking about building but don’t know where to start, why not start your journey with OMNI Built Homes.
