William M. Flatley

William M. Flatley, CPA, has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. William M. (Bill) currently serves as the Senior Director, Controller at Omni Interactions since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SYKES for over 13 years, where they held the position of Senior Director Regional Finance & Controller, N.A. In this role, they managed various financial and accounting functions, implemented Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and assisted in the sale of Alpine Access, Inc. Before SYKES, they were the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Affordable Residential Communities, Inc., where they directed financial reporting, conducted financial analysis and due diligence work, and assisted in asset acquisitions and the sale of company assets. William M. (Bill) also served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Mdc Holdings INC, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, SEC reporting, and internal controls for a Fortune 500 national homebuilder. Earlier in their career, they worked at Tate & Lyle as the Director of Finance and began their professional journey as a Senior Auditor at EY.

William M. (Bill) Flatley, CPA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame. William M. (Bill) obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in November 2019. William M. (Bill) also possesses an advanced level of fluency in French, which was estimated through Duolingo in 2016.
