Ever seen a fixed wheel go sideways?

We’ve combined the simplicity and functionality of a fixed wheel with the mobility of a swivel caster, delivering a wheel that really does move sideways. Our omni wheels are Australian owned, made and patented multi-directional wheels, with full 360° mobility.

Designed using a full polymer injection moulded structure, our wheels provide an impact and corrosion-resistant solution for multi-directional mobility in robotics, automation and conveyor transfers. Robust with excellent ride quality, OMNIA omni wheels are one of the only commercially available alternatives to the traditional swivel caster.

The unique functionality of our omni wheels not only enables the transformation of existing products but also opens the door for new product design.

For example, our Rotatruck (enabled by the omni-wheel) provides easier, faster and safer material handling. In fact, Woolworths, one of Australia's leading supermarket chains replaced a totally manual milk-handling process to one using our specially designed Rotatruck. This change increased productivity by 21% and at the same time reduced operator bending by 89%. ROI from day one; and total cost recovery within months, not years. It's what happens when simplicity meets sophistication.
