Michael Palecki

Michael Palecki serves as the Vice President of Government & Legal Affairs at Omniangle Technologies since 2014. Previously, Michael held the position of General Counsel at the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities from 2009 to 2013, managing a $1 billion budget focused on supporting individuals with disabilities. As the Economic Crimes Bureau Chief at the Florida Office of the Attorney General from 2004 to 2009, Michael litigated against companies engaged in consumer fraud and co-founded the Cyber-Fraud Section, which achieved $60 million in restitution for consumers. Earlier in the career, Michael was a Commissioner at the Florida Public Service Commission from 2000 to 2003, overseeing utility regulation, and served as Vice President of Regulatory and Governmental Affairs at NUI/Southern Division from 1995 to 2000, covering five states. Michael holds degrees from SUNY Geneseo and Stetson University College of Law.
