Smanika currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer at OmniCard® since June 2025, bringing experience from previous roles at Jocata where Smanika progressed from Associate Software Engineer to Software Engineer from April 2022 to June 2025, focusing on the development of a Digital Lending Platform and enhancing search functionality. Earlier, Smanika gained hands-on experience as a Java Developer Intern, working on user management systems with Spring. The leadership capabilities were demonstrated as the Regional Sales Head at Unschool in late 2020. Smanika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Chitkara University and completed senior secondary education in PCM at Modern Sandeepni School in India.
