Aki Laakso

Aki Laakso is an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in the development of complex medical devices and robotic systems. Currently, Aki serves as the VP of Device Engineering at Omnicell, focusing on advancing the Autonomous Pharmacy. Aki previously held roles such as Partner and Head of the US Office at Cambridge Design Partnership and Mechanical Engineer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where contributions included the design of systems for spaceflight missions and innovative medical products. Aki holds a MA and MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
