Doug Stover

Doug Stover is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in employee benefit plan strategy, design, and administration. Currently serving as the Global Benefits Director at Omnicell since August 2021, Stover has previously held senior roles including Director and Vice President of Benefits and Retirement Plans at McKesson, and Executive Director of Global Benefits and Payroll at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing benefits for employees across more than 60 countries. Stover's career also includes positions at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and EDS, where significant contributions were made to employee benefits, equity compensation, and HR strategies. Stover holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
