Gail Schroeder

Gail Schroeder is an accomplished professional in the field of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Quality & Product Regulatory at Omnicell since November 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Medtronic, where significant contributions included support for two Warning Letter resolutions and governance simplification of CAPA processes. With a solid foundation in quality assurance and compliance from previous positions at Rotation Medical, St. Jude Medical, and Boston Scientific, Gail has extensive experience in establishing quality systems compliant with regulatory standards, managing compliance programs, and resolving critical regulatory issues. Gail holds an MBA in Business Law from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
