Heather Portillo is a seasoned people strategist known for championing innovative workforce development and people strategies. Currently serving as a Senior People Strategist at Omnicell, Heather continues to leverage data-driven approaches to enhance employee experience and engagement. Heather has also contributed to the Newton Collins Elementary PTA as an Executive Board Member, serving in various leadership roles.
