Jan Monster

Jan Monster is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Omnicell since October 2019, Jan leads initiatives for a publicly traded company specializing in medication management solutions. Previously, Jan held the role of Vice President Corporate Development at Teleflex Incorporated from January 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures for a global medical device manufacturer. Prior experience also includes founding Monster Associates, a consulting firm focusing on financial advisory services for start-ups, and various senior vice president positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., encompassing structured risk evaluation and change management. Jan holds an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business from the Institute of Technology in Enschede, The Netherlands.
