Matt Kundrat

Matt Kundrat serves as the Director of IT User Experience at Omnicell, overseeing a multinational team of Support Engineers and driving strategy for End Point Management and Deployment since May 2023. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., culminating in the position of Director of Incident Management, where responsibilities included managing technology incidents, digital production support, and corporate help desk functions over an eleven-year tenure. Prior to AEO, Matt worked at PNC as a Product Manager and Sr. Quality Assurance Business Analyst, focusing on production support and customer experience analytics. Matt's career began at NREIS as a QA/Help Desk Analyst, and Matt holds a BA in Management Information Systems from PennWest Clarion.
