Michael Garel

Michael Garel is an experienced business leader with a strong background in product development and innovation. Currently serving as a Board Member at Alpha Modus since 2018, Michael chairs the Compensation Committee and participates on the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. As an Advisor and Senior Director of Innovation at Omnicell since September 2021, Michael has held several key product director roles focused on next-generation healthcare solutions. Prior to this, Michael directed data strategy at Accruent, launching a new data monetization line aimed at enhancing healthcare purchasing visibility. Michael founded eyeQ, a company acquired by Alpha Modus, and has held leadership roles at Xplore Technologies and Dell, where significant contributions were made in product design and development across multiple sectors. Michael holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
