Michael Revis has over 16 years of experience in the technology and customer support fields. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as an Emerging Business Engineer at Omnicell since March 2007, Michael has hands-on experience supporting multiple specialty products and assisting hospital servers across the country using various remote access tools. Prior to Omnicell, Michael worked at Hospira as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Help Desk Specialist, providing user support for computer applications and troubleshooting issues. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
