Mike Kaufmann has over 30 years of experience in technical service and maintenance within the electronics and automation industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Service Engineer at Omnicell since May 2014, Mike is responsible for repairing, modifying, and maintaining centralized pharmacy automation equipment. Prior roles include Field Service Engineer at Aesynt, Sr. Maintenance Technician at Omron Automotive Electronics, and Sr. Field Service Technician at Panasonic Factory Solution Company, among others. Throughout the career, Mike has developed expertise in servicing high-volume manufacturing equipment, providing technical support, and training customers, while also optimizing production processes and managing spare parts procurement. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Electronics and a degree in Industrial Electronics Technology.
