Robert McGinnis has extensive experience in operations management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on pharmacy operations. Since November 2015, McGinnis has served as Operations Manager at Omnicell, overseeing daily operations for over 50 permanent Pharmacy Technicians and 30 PRNs across various hospitals in the United States. Prior to this role, McGinnis worked as Operations Supervisor at Aesynt (which became Omnicell) and at McKesson, where similar responsibilities were held. McGinnis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from PennWest Edinboro, earned between 1983 and 1988.
