Stephanie Shaw

Stephanie Shaw, MBA, GPHR, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager in Organizational Development at Omnicell since March 2022, after having held the position of Global Program Manager in the same department. Prior to Omnicell, Stephanie worked as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at Centra Health from February 2021 to March 2022 and served as the Manager of Organizational Learning and Development as well as HR Business Partner at Jhpiego from July 2016 to February 2021. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Capital Management, International Business, and Accounting from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
