Suraj Thapa

Suraj Thapa is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Omnicell since January 2021, Suraj organizes and facilitates release and sprint planning activities, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Previously, Suraj held the position of Agile Scrum Master at Bank of America from July 2019 to December 2020, leading daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for two teams. Suraj also worked as a Scrum Master at Blue Cross & Blue Shield from January 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included facilitating project planning meetings and removing impediments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Scrum Master at Tractor Supply Company and as a Business Analyst at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where Suraj focused on developing detailed specifications and use case diagrams. Suraj holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Amberton University.
