Timothy Sheppard

Timothy Sheppard has extensive experience in operations and sales support, currently serving as the Regional Operations Coordinator at Baxter International Inc. since September 2014, where responsibility includes managing the Spectrum recall upgrade process for the mid-west territory. Prior to this role, Timothy worked at Omnicell from 1999, overseeing a team that developed hospital workflow scenarios contributing to $250M in incremental sales, along with directing demo operations for productivity and quality. Timothy also held managerial positions at Baxter International Inc. from January 1977 to February 1999. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Illinois University between 1976 and 1978.
