Stuart Beety

Stuart Beety currently serves in Real Estate Portfolio Management and Transaction Services at Omnicom since January 2024. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at The Athlete Factory, where support was provided to enhance partnerships with long-term mixed-use developers promoting health and wellbeing. Stuart held an interim position as Head of Estates at CVS Group Plc, managing a diverse portfolio of over 500 veterinary practices and facilities. As the Founder of Occupier World, a social network for corporate real estate practitioners, focus was placed on fostering collaboration within the sector. In previous roles, Stuart was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Skanska, Director of Real Estate Strategy and Portfolio Management at Credit Suisse, and held various director positions at Morgan Stanley. Stuart's career began as a Graduate Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, leading to RICS qualification. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Property Valuation & Law from City St George’s, University of London, and a BSc Hons in Construction Management from Newcastle University.
