Nuala Murphy

Nuala Murphy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Residential Operations at Omnidian since November 2023, Nuala previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Care at SunPower Corporation from June 2021 to September 2023. Nuala's career includes significant roles such as General Manager/Director of Specialized Services at Wayfair, Director of AWS Global Customer Service at Amazon Web Services, and Head of Worldwide Vendor Support at Amazon. Nuala also has a strong background in consultancy for financial services and has demonstrated strategic leadership at Bank of America, where responsibilities included enhancing customer journeys and operational excellence.
